Teresa Wade, 57, from Aveley in Essex pleaded guilty to one offence of conspiracy to commit fraud at Basildon Crown Court yesterday. Victoria Montgomery, 55, from Barking changed her plea to guilty to making false representations as to the condition of the puppies being sold, intending to make a gain, part-way through the four-week trial. Her 33-year-old daughter, Roxanne Montgomery from Dagenham and her partner Tony Hammond, 34, from Upminster had previously pleaded guilty to the same offence in July this year.
