Victoria Montgomery, 55, from Barking changed her plea to guilty to making false representations as to the condition of the puppies being sold, intending to make a gain, part-way through the four-week trial. Her 33-year-old daughter, Roxanne Montgomery from Dagenham and her partner Tony Hammond, 34, from Upminster had previously pleaded guilty to the same offence in July this year.
