Dead puppies found dumped in Wrexham 'heartbreak' for RSPCA

Four dead Springer Spaniel pups were founded dumped in Rhos Mountain, Wrexham
Anyone with information about the puppies - which were found on May 4 at around 7pm -should contact the RSPCA inspectorate appeal line on 0300 123 8018. Calls are treated in confidence.
